Features:
- High Frequency vibration allows the efficient compaction of low slump concrete mixes.
Compaction improves the strength and finish of concrete by driving out entrapped air.
- The epicyclic design of the model VP vibrator range generates high frequency vibration from a low flexshaft speed. The rotor generating the vibration is supported by a single self aligning bearing and executes a pendulum motion. Vibration is the greatest at the nose of the vibrator head.
- The low speed of both the flexible shaft and vibrator rotor results in longer service life.
- For effective vibration, use the largest diameter vibrator head that the job will accommodate.
Applications: Walls, Columns, Panels, Wall footings, Kerbing, Tanks, Prestressed beams.
Features: Cantilevered rotor improves efficiency. Quick action flexshaft coupling for operation from petrol, electric, diesel or pneumatic drive units.
