Power Screeds / Vibratory Double Beam Screed

Applications: Roadways, Airport aprons, Slipways, Spillways, Tilt panels, Warehouse floors.

Features:

• Vibrating screeds are an effective means of compacting large areas of concrete.
• The vibratory motion of the beams imparts a self propelling motion to the screed.
• Contractors can save labour and increase placement rates as a vibrating screed strikes and compacts concrete in one pass.
• Pre-tensioned beams allow the surface flatness to be controlled by adjusting beam pretension & are recommended for precision finishing.
• For spans up to 8.2 metres.
• Lifting handles are fitted at the ends of the beams. Pull ropes & handles are provided for directional control.
• Two lifting eyes are fitted to the screed to facilitate site handling.
• The reliability of the machine has been well proven over many years. The powerful vibrator will give long maintenance free life due to its sealed design, heavy duty bearings & oil bath lubrication.

• Vibrator models for use on steel pre-cast forms available on request.
• Special lengths, separate beam assemblies and lower amplitude vibrators are available to order.
